Purpose of Consent
By agreeing to this document, you (“the User”) freely, specifically, and knowingly consent to the processing of your personal data by Knowsense Oy, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”) and the Finnish Data Protection Act (Tietosuojalaki 1050/2018).
This consent covers the collection, recording, storage, use, and other lawful operations on your personal data for the purposes listed below.

You consent to the processing of the following personal data:
Explanation of Purposes
Your personal data are processed to enable communication with you, manage service requests, provide and improve our services, maintain internal records in our CRM, and — where you expressly agree — to send marketing or promotional messages via email, phone, or Telegram.
Legal Basis for Processing
Your personal data are processed on the following legal bases:
● Consent – in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, for voluntary data provision, marketing communications, and international transfers where applicable;
● Contract performance or pre-contractual steps – under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, to process your requests and provide services;
● Legal obligation – under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR, where retention of payment or accounting records is required;
● Legitimate interest – under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, for internal administration, CRM
management, and communication, provided such interests are not overridden by your rights and freedoms.
Data Sharing and International Transfers
Your personal data may be shared only with trusted third-party processors engaged by Knowsense Oy for the purposes stated above, including:
● Payment service providers (for processing transactions);
● Legal and accounting representatives (to comply with legal obligations);
● CRM and marketing automation platforms (for communication and client management);
● Cloud hosting or IT infrastructure providers (for secure storage and support).
Some of these recipients may be located outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
Data Retention
Your personal data will be retained only as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described above or until you withdraw your consent and, in any case, no longer than three years after the last active interaction (e.g., communication, purchase, or request), unless a longer period is required by law.
Certain data may be retained longer where required by accounting, tax, or statutory obligations.
Rights and Withdrawal of Consent
You have the right to:

●request data portability;
●withdraw your consent at any time
You can withdraw your consent or request deletion by:
● emailing info@knowsense.fi;
with the subject “Withdraw Consent”;
● or sending a /delete command in the Telegram bot (if applicable).
Upon withdrawal, processing will cease, and your data will be deleted within 10 business days, except where retention is required by law.
Signature and Agreement
By checking the consent box or clicking “I Agree”, you confirm that you have read and understood this document and voluntarily consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with its terms.
Consent to Receive Marketing Communications
By checking the box or clicking “Subscribe”, I consent to receiving marketing communications from Knowsense Oy via email, SMS, and Telegram, including:
● promotions, discounts, and special offers;
● announcements of new services or features;
● relevant news, recommendations, and educational content.
I understand that I can unsubscribe at any time by:
● clicking the “Unsubscribe” link in emails;
● sending an email to info@knowsense.fi with the subject “Unsubscribe”;
● or sending a /stop command in the Telegram bot (if applicable).
This consent remains valid until withdrawn.
Marketing communications are sent only based on explicit consent and in compliance with Article 21 GDPR.
